Build all of your ingredients into a cocktail tin/shaker - start with your citrus, egg white, liqueurs, and then spirit. Close the shaker and dry shake with no ice. Open shaker, add ice and wet shake. Double strain into a coupe glass. Let the egg white settle and separate, then add one drop of Peychaud's bitters on top to enhance cherry aromatics and create an art garnish.
3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | De Kuyper Amaretto Liqueur |
1 fl oz | Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
3/4 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1 drop | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
