Ground Toasted Coconut Flakes
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Dry shake and then wet shake. Double Strain into Coupe Glass.
| 3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 2 fl oz | El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Malmsey (sweet/rich) Madeira wine |
| 1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
