Ground Toasted Coconut Flakes

How to make:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Dry shake and then wet shake. Double Strain into Coupe Glass.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2 fl oz El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum
1/2 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1/4 fl oz Malmsey (sweet/rich) Madeira wine
1 whole Egg (white & yolk)
