The Emperor's New Fizz

The Emperor's New Fizz by Fin Stewart
  • Bartender: Fin Stewart
  • Bar: Churchill Bar, Auckland, New Zealand

Garnish:

Orange wedge or slice.

How to make:

Add all ingredients but the soda to a shaker.
Dry shake.
Add ice and shake well.
Double strain into glass.
Top with soda.
Garnish with a orange slice or wedge.

3/4 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Dolin Dry vermouth
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Amontillado sherry
3/4 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
Top up with Soda (club soda) water
1 1/2 fl oz Method and Madness Irish Gin With Black Lemon & Gorse Flower
