How to make:

Stir 50ml of napoleon mandarin with 5ml sugar syrup as well as 3 dashes of Orange bitters.
In an Isi whipper combine 1 egg white, 25ml milk,
50ml dark chocolate liquor

1 2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
5/6 fl oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
3 dash Orange bitters
1 fresh Egg white
1 2/3 fl oz Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur
