- Angustora Bitter, - Dry lemon slice.
1 - Set up the work station,
2 - Refresh the glass and the shaker with ice,
3 - Pour 4 cl of egg with, 1 cl of lemon juice, 3 cl of Bourbon and 3 cl of Mandarine Napoléon into the shaker,
4 - Remove ice from the glass,
5 - To shake the cocktail,
6 - Remove ice and double shake to create foam,
7 - Serve it into the glass,
8 - Garnich.
1 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 1/3 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
