2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
2 fl oz Passion fruit juice
1 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 gram Coriander/Cilantro leaves
1 fl oz Ron Zacapa 23 Sistema Solera Gran Reserva Rum
1/2 fl oz Ginger cordial (non-alcoholic)
