The Games celebrate the unsung heroes of hospitality and will reward the winning UK team with an incredible all-expenses paid trip to Milan and visit the Fernet-Branca distillery, in May 2023. First conceived in San Francisco, Fernet-Branca's Barback Games have become popular in major cities across the US, particularly New York, Chicago, Boston and San Diego. The games continue to celebrate the very core of what the UK hospitality industry is about; family, community and creativity. Competitors are invited to represent their bar, restaurant, or hotel in teams of two to be in with the chance of being crowned the ultimate Barback Games UK champions.

Teams, which can be made up of two members in any position at the bar, will compete to win an incredible all-expenses paid trip to Milan and visit the Fernet-Branca distillery, in May 2023.

The competition involves multiple high-octane rounds, inspired by daily tasks carried out in a bar and judged by four hospitality experts, all against the clock. For bars outside of London, travel and accommodation will be provided. At the Barback Games, competitors and spectators will be offered complimentary Fratelli Branca drinks, limited edition merch, and an incredible live performance.
