Winning cocktail: Dauntless Dessert
50 ml Patrón Reposado
30 ml Grapefruit oleo acid (homemade)
10 ml Black tea syrup (homemade)
1 bsp Bergamot spirits
1 bsp Absinthe
Add all the ingredients to a shaker.
Add ice and shake for 15 to 20 seconds.
Double strain into a coupe glass then garnish with grapefruit zest.
