Celebrating 100 years of the Negroni cocktail, The Negroni Experience pop-up event will be hosted at Six Storeys in Soho, London, between 23rd and 26th June 2019.
Cocktail enthusiasts and Negroni aficionados are invited to join the celebrations which mark the 100th anniversary of the famed Italian classic, and by no coincidence coincides with Negroni Week.
Following the launch party on 23rd of June, a programme of Negroni-inspired events and masterclasses will be taking place across the four-day event. Leading bartenders will join the Negroni party, including Pietro Collina from NoMad, New York, Patrick Pistolesi from Drink Kong, Rome and Eleonora Biason from Scarfes bar, London.
Besides a Negroni menu brought by Martini Riserva Speciale, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Amaro Montenegro, VII Hills Gin and Peroni, guests at the pop-up can sample a set of Negroni variations which represent the Italian tricolour flag. The Negroni flights will also be offered at leading bars in London including Berners Tavern at The London Edition, Oblix at The Shard, The Aviator bar by Hush, The Curtain hotel, The Coral Room, The Boundary Project and aqua nueva, kyoto and spirit.
Not only can visitors raise a toast to the timeless Negroni, but £1 from each cocktail sale on the day will be donated to P(OUR), a drinks industry collective committed to sharing information, inspiration and new ideas.
