Everleaf Spritz Challenge

Returning for its third year, the Everleaf Spritz Challenge 2024 challenges UK bartenders to come up with their best spritz recipe for the opportunity to win a trip to Iceland.

Founded from a passion for nature, which is kept at the heart of everything they do, Everleaf invites UK bartenders wishing to enter to create a spritz recipe inspired by a time they have explored nature. Each spritz will be judged according to flavour, aroma, presentation, texture, and the story that inspired it.

Prize

As well as the achievement of having created the winning spritz, the winner will receive a gift from Everleaf, and a three-day trip for two people to Iceland with Everleaf founder Paul. The trip will take place later in the year and focus on the wonders of seaweed.

Each entrant will also receive a gift from Everleaf!

This challenge is open to UK bartenders who are encouraged to enter throughout February via the Everleaf website.
Entries must be made by midnight on Thursday, 29th February 2024.

1. Select an Everleaf expression, Forest, Mountain, or Marine and use at least 40ml in a spritz recipe.
2. Your recipe should be able to be recreated in a standard bar setup and must contain five or less ingredients, with only one homemade ingredient allowed, and if one is alcoholic, it should be 25ml max.
3. Enter your recipe through the Everleaf website.
4. Upload your spritz to Instagram along with its name and ingredients. Tag @Everleafdrinks and use #Everleafspritzchallenge24

There will be three finalists selected on April 2nd 2024. They will be selected by the Everleaf team who will then arrange a time to visit then in their venue so they can make their spritz and share their exploration of nature story. The winner will be announced on May 2nd 2024.
