Described on the label as "crisp & refreshing", Everleaf Marine is flavoured with "16 sustainably sourced botanicals" including juniper, bergamot, sea buckthorn, and labdanum, olive leaf, fresh kelp, and dulse (red seaweed), sweetened with Fairtrade cane sugar.

Founded and formulated by Paul Mathew, a conservationist turned bar owner, Everleaf is a non-alcoholic bittersweet cordial made with distillations and extracts of botanicals.

Shake before opening. Beware of the use-by date and use within three months of opening.

The Marine & Tonic
45ml (1.5 oz) Everleaf Marine
135 (4.5oz) Light tonic
Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices.

Appearance:

Faintly hazy water.

Aroma:

Salty sea air, bergamot, thyme, green olive, and faint piney juniper.

Taste:

Mild in flavour and complex with dilute pineapple, thyme, green olive, pine, and slight salinity.

Aftertaste:

Citrusy, salty olive, and light pepper.

Overall:

Everleaf Marine's signature serve with light tonic makes for a delicately flavoured refreshing non-alcoholic adult drink. However, be sure to use a light tonic as regular tonic's richness overwhelms this delicate aperitif.
