Delicious! Nicely tart and balanced, with lemon, orange and apple all melding wonderfully. There was the tiniest hint of floral thanks to the Orgeat.

Wonderful! Used fresh, unfiltered cider. Delicious as is, but a touch on the sweet side so I added a scant dash of cardamon bitters which improved the overall balance.
