The Difford's formulation is nice but a bit too sweet at 2200hrs on a work night.

• 1½ oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
• ¾ oz Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry
• ¼ oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
• 2 dashes Dillon's orange bitters
