Periodista Daiquiri
An orange and apricot Daiquiri. Like most Daiquiris, the Periodista benefits from a little additional dilution, hence the chilled water in my recipe

I prefer a dark rum for this cocktail to add a touch of depth. And a couple of drops of orange and/or lime bitters is a nice balancer.
