Sumptuously rich, sweet, and voluptuous. The raisin flavor from the sherry is a spectacular complement to the chocolate and orange of the liqueurs. A perfect nightcap for those who want something decadent to inspire their dreams.

Very strong flavours —just what I hope for in a cocktail! All of the ingredients blend well together, but the union of the Becherovka and Génépy is awe inspiring. Sublime.
I prefer a dark rum for this cocktail to add a touch of depth. And a couple of drops of orange and/or lime bitters is a nice balancer.
Made with Kendrick's Flora Adora Gin, this cocktail is heavenly. If you enjoy the occasional floral drink, this one should appeal beautifully as an apéritif. Highly recommended.
Rich, flavourful and strong. [Just the kind of cocktail I enjoy!] The tequila, amaro, cherry, mint, and chocolate make quite an impression. This cocktail offers a lot to mull over and savour.
So fresh and bright! Delightful combination of fruit flavors supported by a brilliant vodka base. It may go down a little too easy, so take care!
Superb. Perfect color and mix of flavours for a cool Sunday afternoon in the Autumn. "Really Top-Drawer!"
Wonderful warm and fragrant drink. My only suggestion is a couple of dashes of Black Walnut bitters. A new fave!
And a merry old soul was I! Very nice combination, keeping the Fernet in balance with the Rye. Next time, I'll try it with different types of bitters (orange, cherry, maple-walnut, etc.) for a subtle variation on a great simple cocktail.
Very nice, although I must confess to a number of substitutions due to low supplies. ;-). I had to replace the Chartreuse with Génépy, and Punt e Mes for Rosso Vermouth, but the result was lovely.
Flawless. Probably the best version of a Manhattan I've tried so far. YUM.
Very pretty, and very tasty. Good balance, with the tart and sweet creating a nice flavor binary.
Warm and rich. Great blend of liquors, with the bitters playing a nice role in balancing the sweetness of the Dubonnet and the Drambuie. A perfect cocktail for a cool Autumn afternoon.
Very subtle and complex. The blend and balance are exceptional. Certainly greater than the sum of its parts.
Very refreshing and light, but it seems to be missing something as configured above. A couple of dashes of lime bitters helped to add a much needed zip to it. ;-)
Very pleasing. I love the Domaine de Canton Ginger, and it can hold its own in this mix. The wild card for this cocktail for me was the Chartreuse —which is almost impossible to get here in the US. So I substituted Absinthe, and the result was wonderful.
Just perfect for this hot Sunday afternoon. Flavour explosion in a coupe glass! The lemon juice makes this cocktail sparkle.
Truly delightful. I love the combination of orange and spices, plus the rich rum as the foundation. Bitters do add a touch of balance to the sweetness. A new favourite.
Very appealing. I was pleasantly surprised how well the gin and pineapple juice counterbalanced each other. Generally, I shy away from pineapple because it can be so overpowering, but in this mix with the gin and maraschino, it works beautifully.
Refreshing and perfectly balanced, this cocktail is delightful on a hot summer's day. The four ingredients stand out individually, and simultaneously form a great integrated mix. A new favourite.
I liked the original mix well enough, but found it too sweet. A judicious amount of dry vermouth helped tame the sweetness, without changing too much the essential flavour of the original.
Absolutely brilliant. Bright flavors with an ample "kick", and a creamy texture. It's definitely a special-occasion cocktail, but I'll have to indulge myself a little more often than that!
I put on the aria "Sì, mi chiamano Mimi" (Machado) and enjoyed the decadent romance of this cocktail. Refreshing citrus, herbal Becherovka and Absinthe, on a base of cool rum. Delightful.
Very refreshing! Smooth and balanced. This will be a regular in my house for a summertime cocktail with a delightful complexity. My only recommendation would be to reduce the lemon juice slightly —it has a tendency to overpower the other flavors.
