Excellent cocktail. I used Tanqueray No.10 and Peychauds (instead Margarita Bitters) which led to an unexpected wonderful balance between fruit, spice and herbs.
Swedish Punsch is honestly an underrated liqueur. It can give you hints of rum funk without ever using rum. This is a punsch-forward gin sour with a splash of grenadine. It works great, just like you'd expect it to. I'd probably recommend a slightly more flavourful and floral gin like Hendricks for this one just to add to the lavender notes from the bitters.
