Half the sugar syrup and this will be a fantstic cocktail. I used The Botanist Gin and Kizakura "Kura no Uta (Junmai)" Sake.

An excellent sour but rich syrup makes it a little bit on the sweet side. Yuzu or Meyer lemon go really well with sake though. Lovely.
