Lake Erie Dirty Martini
Can be made with pitted Castlevetrano olives. If used, add an additional 1/2 oz of brine to account for sweetness

Really liked the salty taste of the olive brine. Never thought of using Vodka in a dirty martini. The vodka adds a subtle sweetness to the drink you do not get with the gin. Very good.
