What a surprising drink! Somewhat sweet, with a very interesting set of complex flavors (drawn mainly from the amaro, but influenced and improved by the coconut water)- very nice creation! The gin is far in the background, only asserting itself briefly in the mid-late taste. I really enjoyed this.

Is 6 cl of saline solution really the right amount? Shouldn't it read 6 drops or something? Just asking :)

Thanks very much for spotting our error! It should be 2 drops and the recipe has now been corrected.

A very nice drink to make with my recently acquired bottle of Lucano. This might also work well with Braulio. Everything is very harmonious! My only quibble is that the coconut water thins out the drink and my tastes run toward the boozier end of things.

I wonder if I could get away with cutting it to 2/3 oz? Maybe boiling down the coconut water?
