Used a pink grapefruit slice for garnish. Dry at first and sweeter on the finish. Grew on me as I drunk it.

Hmm...this is interesting, an aquired taste might I dare say? And I certainly aquired a taste for it a few sips in. Very dry and perhaps savory with quite a complex combination of flavors. Thanks Simon!
