Review:

With gin, my go-to stirred Dry Martini recipe is five-to-one, but that's way too-much when using mezcal – a Fifty-Fifty Martini is more befitting. Rather than straight-up, I also prefer my Mezcal Martinis on-the-rock(s).

History:

Recipe by yours truly in September 2020.

There are approximately 151 calories in one serving of Mezcal Martini.
