Ingredients:
1 23 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1 23 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
4 drop Difford's Margarita Bitters
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Skewered caperberry

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice or large cube).

Review:

With gin, my go-to stirred Dry Martini recipe is five-to-one, but that's way too much when using mezcal – a Fifty-Fifty Martini is more befitting. Rather than straight-up, I also prefer my Mezcal Martinis on-the-rock(s).

Hmm...this is interesting, an aquired taste might I dare say? And I certainly aquired a taste for it a few sips in. Very dry and perhaps savory with quite a complex combination of flavors. Thanks Simon!
