Down below your annotation suggests 1/4 tsp or 1.25 ml of matcha powder which after following the instructions would be more appropriate. Also a dark carcaco is preferred as specified. I used a chocolate liqueur Borgata as a substitute which I would not recommend. I will restock and try again with dark Caraco and 1/4 tsp of matcha your published recipe should be corrected
