mad love. The best bitter-using preprandial and my new sub for an amaro spritz. I did not have the brand name red bitter but used Selecto. Also used lemon marmalade that was very syrupy (Litaly) and Ruggeri Prosecco. Oh how I am so happy I did not repurpose the marmalade. Fabulosity! Ok, off to put a bigger dent in that bubbly.

One of the most fantastic pre-dinner cocktails I've had. Absolutely hit the spot and set us up for a very late night!
