This is a neat one. An alternate to a negroni, but much like a negroni I might play with the radios and find my perfect balance. I just bought my first bottle of Cynar and really love it. This drink is drying and astringent on the tongue and really quite pleasant. The gin I feel gets a bit lost so I may wish to up the amount of gin by a bit, or use a navy strength. This will stay in my rotation though, I do like it.
