The Comeback
A complex cocktail with apricot fruit at the forefront and underlying fernet bitterness

I didn't have maple schrub, so I used a rhubarb shrub instead . The cognac is the star here, then apricot flavors come in and brings sweetness, and eventually a pleasant bitter finish. Very nice cocktail indeed for those who like Cognac.
