Very refreshing and light. Used aquafaba for first time in place of egg white and it worked out fine.

Delicious! Didn’t have the exact brand of sake, but finally opened the bottle I had bought quite a while ago and never used!

This was my first foray into sours and boy, what a pleasant beginning. Such lovely balance, elevated my (decent) sake which I didn’t love to new heights...made it with the same amount of aquafaba in place of egg white and still turned out brilliant and foamy!
