I made this today (foudn Simon's Adaptation of this Recipe) and actually made it with Dolin and Pitu aswell, just a different Aperitivo (Mionetto). However I didn't quite like the Pitu in it. Gonna have to try again with a better Cachaca
I concocted one of these tonight, independent of knowing this recipe, using an off dry Spanish vermouth. It is quite good, with the.Cachaça adding a surprising buttery note. thanks for letting me put a name to it.
