A brilliant cocktail. I think that it is much better using the Plymouth gin that Bernbach called for rather than a London dry. Can really taste the citrus and more subdued herbal notes as they mingle with the Chinato.
We're always astonished when someone comes up with an exquisitely balanced cocktail using just a few (in this case three) ingredients. We served it in a Nick and Nora glass...seemed a better choice given the drink's name.
