Too rough for my liking when mixed using Otto's Athens and Barceló Blanco. Felt like a diluted rum overshadowed with garnish and bitters. Maybe I chose the ingredients wrong.

A very nice, dry cocktail. I did decrease the Rouge Vermouth to 1 oz/30 ml. Very enjoyable.

The vermouth completely dominated my bottle of Appleton Signature. Upped the rum on the second go but it's still a bit too one note for me.

Nice balance of fruit sweetness with dry finish. I like it a lot!
