Thirst quenching, refreshing and low in alcohol. A great drink for a summer's afternoon or even before lunch

Super refreshing and quite interesting drink. I recommend not stirring after adding the sparkling wine as to create a sort of layered drink that starts very wine-heavy and progresses as you sip, leaving you with almond and cherry dominating at the end. And a lot of fun stops inbetween of course

In France, we also say "l'apéro" to cut the word

I would not say this is exceptional, but this is definitely a drink to try
