This was a bit thin to our taste, and we were puzzled as to why the creator had gone so light on the gin. On a second pass, we simply restored the gin to its Pink Lady volume of 45ml. Much better for us.

Very interesting rift on the Pink Lady using Passion Fruit. Did make with Bottled-in-bond Applejack. Very enjoyable.
