Made the mistake of buying this when I would probably prefer the Barrows intense ginger. Much to sweet for me and the ginger is mild.

The barrows was much more what I was looking for. The Domaine de C is a sweet liquor with ginger flavoring (ginger ale) and the barrows was like a sharp ginger beer.

I agree this is much too mild. Ginger needs to be ginger - it needs to hit the back of the throat
