Select the right rum (see Mr Clapham's recommendation below) and you have what he aptly describes as "a Last Word Jamaica daiquiri."

We made this with an aged agricole rum from Hawaii and really enjoyed it! Very tasty. This will definitely go into the rotation. It's a more tropical Last Word we felt, which was a good thing. Next time we may try increasing the rum a bit as we like more spirit forward cocktails.
