This was just ok for me. A bit too sweet for me. Maybe try it without the sweet vermouth next time.
Made it as described and found it delightful! A nice balance of flavors. This could be a good introduction to mezcal for someone. We'll definitely make this one again!
How have we never had this cocktail?! It's a mystery. We really enjoyed it on a muggy July evening! Well balanced as written. I didn't think "refreshing" when I read the ingredients, but it was. This will go into our rotation for sure!
We enjoyed this as much, if not more than the Last Word! We tried this version, enjoyed it. Then we tried it with 2 oz. of gin, and preferred it. We felt it was more balanced, tastier, and had a lighter taste overall.
