The Hugo Spritz is my favourite. 2 parts St. Germain, 3 parts prosecco, 1 part soda. Garnish with mint and lime. So delicious.

Fantastic aperitif version of the Hugo is 50 ml bianco vermouth, 10 ml St Germain or elderflower syrup. Muddle mint and elderflower lightly in gin balloon. Add ice, vermouth, lime wedge (squeeze and drop in), top with soda. Refreshing, low ABV.

I just call it a Hugo Light 🤷🏼‍♀️
