Fantastic aperitif version of the Hugo is 50 ml bianco vermouth, 10 ml St Germain or elderflower syrup. Muddle mint and elderflower lightly in gin balloon. Add ice, vermouth, lime wedge (squeeze and drop in), top with soda. Refreshing, low ABV.
My favorite is the Apparent Sour. 2 parts aperol, 1 part St. Germain, 1 part lime juice. Tall collins glass with ice. Essential to garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Delightful low alcohol content drink.
