Naramata is in the Okanagan region of BC, an area known for wineries and luscious tree fruits - cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots, apples and pears.
So grapes, apples and peach bitters is super appropriate for this charming spot.

I tried the original, as found (with attribution) in the Cocktail Party app. Maybe my Ginger Wine had seen better days but it was not gingery enough.
I re-did it with 1.5 oz rye, 1/2 oz each of ginger liqueur, ginger wine and butter ripple & 1.5 oz of juice. Much more gingerbready. No ginger bitters to hand.
Delicious. Will try again with my next bottle of ginger wine
The Hugo Spritz is my favourite. 2 parts St. Germain, 3 parts prosecco, 1 part soda. Garnish with mint and lime. So delicious.
Fantastic aperitif version of the Hugo is 50 ml bianco vermouth, 10 ml St Germain or elderflower syrup. Muddle mint and elderflower lightly in gin balloon. Add ice, vermouth, lime wedge (squeeze and drop in), top with soda. Refreshing, low ABV.
I just call it a Hugo Light 🤷🏼♀️
