I used sweetened cranberry juice and skipped the syrup, was definitely the move. I like sweet cocktails but even then that would've been a bit too sweet I think.

If you use cranberry unsweetened 1,5 cl. sugar syrup and 2,5 cl. Crème de Cassis

Berry good! Slightly sweet cocktail, but still balanced.
