Coconut, pineapple juice, cucumber and sesame oil combined with light rum makes for a most interesting cocktail

Remove about half the peal before blending and straining the cucumbers to avid some of the tannins. I usually also switch the ratios for the rum vs rum liqeur as i find it lacks sweetness
