I did not have Martini Ambrato, so I put in a tiny bit of Cocchi Americano alongside Dolin Dry. Was actually pretty good, which is saying a lot for a Vodka Martini, which I normally dislike.

A very sophisticated Martini. We think that the Roquefort stuffed olive works better with the drier sibling 'Three Gulps Martini'. With this one, we go with a faintly chilli stuffed capsicum olive.
