¹⁄₂ fl oz	Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth (chilled)
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry (chilled)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Shot glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.
Prepare garnish of Gorgonzola (or Roquefort) cheese stuffed large olive (well chilled).

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled (preferably frozen) glass.

Garnish

Garnish with cheese stuffed olive.

I did not have Martini Ambrato, so I put in a tiny bit of Cocchi Americano alongside Dolin Dry. Was actually pretty good, which is saying a lot for a Vodka Martini, which I normally dislike.

A very sophisticated Martini. We think that the Roquefort stuffed olive works better with the drier sibling 'Three Gulps Martini'. With this one, we go with a faintly chilli stuffed capsicum olive.
