Serve in a Shot glass
1 oz | Ketel One Vodka from freezer |
1⁄2 oz | Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth chilled |
1⁄6 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry chilled |
Garnish: Gorgonzola (or Roquefort) cheese stuffed large olive (well chilled)
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled (preferably frozen) glass.
