Ah, you're right. https://www.mrblack.co/uk does show 23%... (as well as the AUS and REST OF WORLD sites...). Curious, if the 25% isn't a mistake. I'll try to remember to take a look at a bottle the next time I'm at the shop.

Just checked my bottle, purchased last month in the US and it states “25% Alc./Vol.” on the label.
