I prefer making Paper Planes with rye for since forever. I never thought it needed a different name. Oh well.

Absolutely superb. Tasted this against bourbon and Scotch (piper plane anyone?) versions. Rye was the clear winner, adding interest whilst remaining very well balanced. Top 10 easily.

Although I am a big fan of rye I have to admit the bourbon original version is better.
