A riff on a Bushranger. Dry and spiritous but rounded and mellowed by subtle red grape and maraschino cherry fruitiness. Best enjoyed as a late-night sipper

Hi Simon, I did it by stirring, rather than shaking. I felt, it needed more maraschino, so I put around 5 ml. Can’t see coming back to this but I enjoyed it.

Thanks for commenting. It should indeed be stirred and I've now corrected "How to make" above. Can never have too much maraschino!
