Used Martini Rubino. Kinda overpowered cognac. But I like the sweet and bitter taste of this cocktail.
Le “Old Fashioned” (liked how it vibes with its taste)
Yummy but way too sweet for my taste. I added splash of soda water.
I love this humbleness of this man. Such a pleasant drink. Actually, following his manner of explaining the drink, anything will taste so good.
Le Rusty Nail
Such a pleasant drink. Satisfying with a breezy coolness. A perfect drink for a sunny winter day. I love the way GC hits from behind. Perfect.
Hi Simon, I did it by stirring, rather than shaking. I felt, it needed more maraschino, so I put around 5 ml. Can’t see coming back to this but I enjoyed it.
Adorable twist. Tried also with frozen melon purée instead of mango (for the mere reason that it was somehow available in the freezer) and a splash of Campari. Worked that way too!
Quite alright. I wanted to have more pineapple upfront, so I added same amount of tequila and the juice, decreasing that of honey syrup. Black pepper is a great idea, too.
So I gave this one a try… Did not have all at home. So I used Punt e Mes for Vermouth; Italian Mirto for Cassis. Perhaps quite different from this cocktail, I ended up with a delicate one that I, in any case, liked.
Not a fan of anything w/ smoke but I applied the recipe A-Z and did not substitute the Dewars. Very good. Great effect of vermouth.
Such a joy. Easy to drink. Not too sweet. Well balanced.
Interesting :) Stirred first. Garnished with orange zest. Definitely not tequila forward. By these measures, not a pedroni, but maybe pedroncino :) I’ll try to increase ratio of tequila next time.
