How to make:
STIR honey with tequila in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and super-fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 spoon||Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)|
|2 fl oz||Patrón Reposado tequila|
|1 fl oz||Fresh pressed pineapple juice|
|3⁄4 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|5 grind||Black pepper|
