A delicious margy, also works well with fresh grapefruit instead of pineapple.

I like this, but at first taste, a little too much of the pineapple. I floated some hopped grapefruit bitters on the foam and thought that added some of the complexity that I think a couple of other reviewers were looking for too.

Darn good recipe. Easily one of the best displays of pineapple and tequila in concert... Looking at some of the comments, I must agree/ascertain extra little things could happen here. My suggestion is a drop or two of saline, maybe even an and/or of spice (Tajin?)... Hmm, will come back to this. (9 Jun 2023, 2:50p)

This was OK, but not outstanding. Felt it was missing something. It didn't seem to have the spark of other margaritas. Not sure what it was missing, but something.

Quite alright. I wanted to have more pineapple upfront, so I added same amount of tequila and the juice, decreasing that of honey syrup. Black pepper is a great idea, too.

The glass is circa 2003-4 and I believe it was one from Urban Bar but I'm not sure if it ever went into full production.
