Beautiful take on a Bee's Knees, more than a Margarita, if anything. A red cayenne pepper rim/dusting and it becomes a Red Grasshopper, a cocktail by Michael Madrusan. Wonderful salt taffy and caramel plus mineral agave mingles with the comforting honey and lime combo, with some Ango spice to make a delicious sour.

Great margarita. Interesting mix of flavours with the honey and Angostura.
