As the name suggests, this is a Christmassy riff on a White Russian cocktail– the festive feel courtesy of mincemeat and gingerbread syrup

We tried this last night during a get together with our neighbor. There is virtually NO mincemeat to be had this year (2023, we’re going to make our own later) so we left it out. Topped each glass with grated fresh nutmeg and it was an instant hit!!! Loved this!!!
