Lovely cocktail. Did cut the sugar by half and made for a wonderfully sour cocktail. Sort of an agricole based mojito.

We loved this...very tangy and very rhum agricole. We substituted Acqua Bianca for white creme de menthe...perhaps toning down sweetness.

Italicus also works very nicely here for us in place of the creme de menthe. We went with 12.5ml. Okay, so we're not fans of creme de menthe...surely we're not the only ones.
