Serve in a Coupe glass
1 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 barspoon | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
4 fresh | Mint leaves |
2 oz | Rhum Clément Blanc |
1⁄4 oz | Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe |
Rhum agricole wit with lime and a subtle hint of mint. Patiently stir your sugar so it fully dissolves, strike the right balance, and this is a brilliant cocktail.
